Led by experienced clinicians who specialize in intensive insulin therapies, this course combines evidence-based lifestyle guidance with the latest in medication, behavioral support, and insulin adjustment. You’ll walk away with tools tailored to your body, your goals, and your diabetes care—without restrictive diets or unrealistic expectations. Although the course is split into two parts, we do recommend watching both and in sequence.
